Armstrong Consulting offers a boutique type of recruiting that involves:

• Putting the needs of the club first
• Making sure each candidate is the right fit for the club and the culture of the club or organization
• Providing a thorough assessment of each candidate and ensure they are the best person for the job
• Following up with each candidate 30, 60, and 90 days after placement to confirm they are happy in their new role and discuss opportunities for training and education where needed

Our Process

1. Questionnaire & Evaluation:  Each candidate will receive a questionnaire and a background rating evaluation, which we use to gain a significant amount of data on the candidate to ensure a great fit for each position
2. Predictive Index (PI):  Brian and his team use The Predictive Index to successfully place candidates across the country. PI provides an in-depth analysis of each candidate. The candidate's toolbox is only one portion of a successful placement—we believe personality is more important to long-term success. If the new hire matches the club's brand and style, there is a higher likelihood of future success. The best organizations have hired for personality and trained for skills for decades.
3. Client Portal:  Through our CRM, we have the ability to show our clients all of the candidates, their portfolios, references, and which stage of the placement process they are currently in. Our clients can then leave comments and be more involved with the hiring process.
