In this model, the management fee is an ongoing fee (aka retainer) that is paid until a sufficient number of candidates are found. As each candidate is hired the client pays an additional small fee.
CORe leverages technology and partners with the client's existing Human Resources Department to efficiently move information safely between the two companies.
For example, if an organization needs to hire a Clubhouse Manager, a Director of F&B, and two or three F&B Managers.
