Brian Armstrong Hospitality Consulting provides one-on-one boutique coaching to private club managers looking to grow in the industry using technology. 

This service is geared towards General Managers in the hospitality industry who want to "train up" a specific staff member. This service includes a 45-minute work session every other week to enhance fundamentals, train new skills post promotion, and an extensive evaluation of existing strengths and areas of growth. 

If needed, we can also provide small group coaching for clubs who are looking to offer exemplary training for larger portions of their staff. 

Organizations are spending more time and energy training staff. Clubs spend time training entry level staff, while senior staff have a variety of national organizations that provide continuing education. Who is developing the mid-level managers? The organizations success hinges on the ability to identify and develop existing employees. Brian has the ability to assess teams and individuals and provide boutique coaching to improve blind spots, accentuate strengths, or train skills for a new role within the organization.
