The Certified Hospitality Professional (CHP) program is designed for mid-level managers looking to expand their knowledge in the private club industry with a goal of securing a Director level or higher position.
Modules include time management, work/life harmony, leadership, management, interpersonal skills, communications soft skills, people skills, team building, HR/Talent acquisition, budgeting, costing, financial reporting and working with KPIs.
The program includes a Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment, group feedback and learning by textbook, live session, and open forums.
