The Certified Hospitality Leader (CHL) program is designed for rising leaders at Director Level looking for additional education in club management with a goal of excelling as a first time General Manager or gaining a General Manager position within a private country club industry.
Modules includes Board Governance, Finance, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, and IQ /EQ /Psychological Safety.
The program includes a Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment, group feedback and learning by textbook, live session, and open forums.
